Taggr is committed to providing its customers with excellent customer service and will always endeavour to work with valued customers to ensure good outcomes.

Chang of Mind

Unfortunately due to products being specially made to order, we do not accept ‘change of mind’ returns. Before ordering your product, please make sure you are sure on your purchase to avoid disappointment. Likewise, deposits are non-refundable due to change of mind.

Additionally, please confirm that you meet the “Aditional requirements“ outlined at point of order as well as baler and tag requriements.

 

Faulty or Damaged Items 

Taggr warrants its products for ONE YEAR against defects in manufacturing under regular consumer use with original receipt of purchase.

Taggr has been rigously tested and we have put strict quality guidelines into place to avoid faulty items.  

However, sometimes issues can occur that are beyond our control and items can be damaged or faulty and in that case, we are more than happy for you to get in touch with us to find a solution. 

Depending on if the faulty or damaged item(s) is deemed as minor or major we can get the item(s) repaired. Alternatively, we can issue you an item exchange if we deem that necessary. 

It is up to the purchaser to inspect all item(s) upon delivery to ensure the item(s) are not faulty or damaged.

To return a faulty or damaged product firstly you must submit a faulty product form within 7 business days of the delivery date. The Returns request will not be approved until a Taggr representative inspects the item(s) being returned.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You're entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure. You're also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality, but the failure does not amount to a major failure. 

 

How do I log a faulty product? 

To request a Return follow these easy steps: 

Click here to submit your Product Warranty or Damage form. 

Step 1:
Enter in the information of your order you wish to log as faulty or damaged. This will include:  

• Order ID 

• Billing Name 

• Email Address 

Then click "continue". 

 

Step 2: 
Let us know the condition of the item(s) with detailed description of the issue.

Step 3: 
We will be in touch with you at our earliest convenience to try and troubleshoot the issue.

Step 4: 
If the issue cannot be fixed remotely, we will get you to return the item. We will look over the product and determine if your item will be fixed and returned to you, or if we will supply you with a new item.
