Shipping Policy

Delivery Locations & Timeframes

We can deliver anywhere in South Australia and Victoria. Once an order is placed and the deposit is paid, your Taggr unit will be added to the production list. Production time will vary based on availability of parts, however, we will always endeavor to supply you your unit prior to the hay season. Once the unit is complete and ready for dispatch, we will email you an invoice for the remaining cost of the product and shipping. Upon payment, your unit will be shipped via courier. The estimated delivery timeframes is as follows:

  • Within SA (5-10 days) 

  • Interstate (5-10 business days) 

Please note that these delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. 

 

Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to WA, NSW, Tasmaina, NT, QLD or internationally. We are also unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes, Locked Bags, Private Bags, Private Lockers, Parcel Lockers or Parcel Collect Addresses. 

Delivery Costs for TAGGR Main Unit 

There is a set cost of $50. All units will be shipped via courier. 

Delivery Costs for Spare Parts 

There is a set delivery cost of $15.00 via Australia Post.

Some large and bulky items will incur an additional delivery charge. 

Direct Pick Up from Jamestown SA 

Customers may choose for direct pick up from Jamestown SA to avoid shipping costs. Address will be disclosed on request.

 

How does direct pick up work? 

If you prefer direct pick up, follow these simple steps. 

Step 1: 
Once you have selected the items you wish to purchase and they are in your Cart, click on Check Out. 

Step 2: 
Select direct pick up as your preferred shipping method. 

Step 3: 
Once the item is ready for collection, we will contact you either via email or phone to arrange a collection time. We will also provide the collection address at this time.  

Step 4: 
Bring your confirmation email and ID with you when you go to collect you order.
